I'm Rebecca, and this is my story

I have fallen in love with movement and helping people feel like their best selves! I believe in the motto ‘Be Inspired to Inspire.’ I hope to inspire as many people as possible throughout their fitness journey. Throughout my training career, I have worked with individuals that travel a lot. With that being said, on my channel, you will see that I do a lot of bodyweight workouts and banded workouts that can be done anywhere and everywhere! Working out doesn’t always have to be at a gym! I always tell my clients to train from the neck up. If you can get your mindset right, that’s half the battle! I look forward to working out with you and I feel honored to be, even just a small part of your journey!

I am here to tell you that on this journey together, I will help you build lean muscle and become stronger. As you set goals, we will crush them together! And ultimately, I will help you build the best you and find that confidence that may be hiding!
